Introduction
Human rights are sets of rules or norms that aspire to protect each individual everywhere from legal, political, and social abuses. These rights are a set of rights that every individual is entitled to follow. Every individual is entitled to these rights no matter what caste, sex, gender, and economic status they are from. Human rights ensure that each human being is treated equally. Human rights are important for maintaining a good living in the world.

Moreover, human rights protect the interests of the people of a state or country. Human rights gives you a good life full of happiness and prosperity. Human Rights cannot be taken away until and unless there is any national emergency or person is detain by the government on any violation of legal or constitutional laws.
Basis of Human Rights
Human Rights are essentially divided into civil, social, and political Rights. This classification of human rights clears the concept and enables people to understand it easily as well as enables the, to realize their role in society in different spheres.
In General sense, Civil Rights and Political Rights refers to the classic rights of human being available to them. These rights are responsible for any individual’s independence against the government’s authority and help in the determination of law as well. Social Rights gives the government the direction for policymaking for improving the life quality of citizens of the country. It leads to the social as well as economic development of countries for ensuring well being of their citizens.
Importance of Human Rights
Human Rights are very important for countries and individuals as they improve the overall development of the nation and personal living of individuals. Each rights plays an important role in improving and well being of any individual. Some of the basic rights available to them are Right to life, Right to equality, Right to practice any religion, freedom to move, and many more.
Some important human rights-
Rights to life protect the lives of Human beings. It ensures that no one can be killed, maintain peace and harmony in society. It gives freedom to thought and allow people to express their views. Right to life does not include the Right to Die, in some countries passive euthanasia is allowe but to some extend only.
Right to Equality means every individual is equal in eyes of law irrespective of their caste, color, sex, language, place of birth, class, etc. No individual can be discriminate against by the state of any such basis.
Right to religions enables citizens to practice, profess, and propagate any religion in the state. It ensures that no one is restricte from any religion.
Moreover, Human rights give you the right to free and fair trial. If any human being fundamental or legal rights are violate then he/she has the right to move to the court and get justice when everything else fails.
Humans are free from dictatorship and slavery. No other human can be treate as a slave in ant form. Here the freedom to express their views and speak their opinion enacts. These rights are form for the betterment of human life in every possible scenario.
In shorts, Human right plays an important role for happy living for humans. In any case, these rights are violate endlessly then we should come together to tackle the situation. The citizens and government should act to protect each other interests and ensure the progress for happiness and prosperity all over the society.

By this John F. Kenney defines that Human Rights are diminished when one human violates the right of others. Sometimes these rights can be violate under the circumstances of war or any type of emergency. Then no individual can reach court in these circumstances as these are exceptions of Human Rights. Knowledge makes an individual free from slavery.

By this Fred Hampton means that Human Rights are violated by the one human threatening other human being but we say that the best way to protect Human rights is the law. We will fight with threatening through laws only.
