In this case, an FIR under relevant sections of IT Act and IPC was registered and further investigation happened, and also the minor was involved, so, under the Juvenile Justice Act the action took place. Everyday technology is changing and the mode of crime is changing. The law needs to be amending new online crimes. In the matter of online crimes, the law should be updated as per the requirement or up to the date online crime.
